The practice was founded in 1955 by Fred Barnes who was subsequently joined by his son, John Barnes, to become F. Barnes & Son. From primarily undertaking conveyancing the practice has expanded and now concentrates on those areas which we are best at, namely conveyancing, probate and family law. |

It is over 50 years since the firm’s foundation at 20 Eastern Road, Romford and the practice has expanded both the nature of its work and the offices from which it operates. |
We currently operate from our main office in central Romford at 1 - 5 High Street, Romford where we undertake work in all our specialisms. We also operate a branch office at 14 Chase Cross Road, Collier Row which undertakes work in residential conveyancing, probate and Wills. |
