We recognise that clients going through a house move, bereavement or family break up are in an extremely stressful time and we seek to provide a personal and sympathetic service during those difficult periods Unlike other firms, we will have one person in charge of dealing with your matter so you are not speaking to someone new every time you contact the firm. We do not operate an automated system so you will always speak to your representative or his/her assistant. |

We will advise our clients of the need for advice in other areas of specialism should they be required – e.g. surveying, accountancy, and financial services and will co-operate fully with our colleagues in other professional and commercial disciplines to ensure the service provided to our clients is a rounded and complete service which will deal with their requirements in all respects.
