Katrina Lewis obtained her Batchelor of Laws (LLB) at Leicester University in 1987. She became a partner in the firm in 1996 and is head of the Probate Department. Mrs. Lewis specialises in residential conveyancing and probate matters. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the West Essex Law Society.

Roger Philpot qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1981 and has over 20 years private client experience with City of London firms. Mr. Philpot is an active member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and served as secretary with the Essex branch of STEP from 1993 – 2000. He is credited as an author/contributor to Tolleys Estate Planning (first edition). He specialises in probate, trusts, Wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, advises on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax and Court of Protection Matters. Mr. Philpot is also a specialist in advising elderly clients on Wills, estate planning and a range of legal issues which affect the elderly. |
