Gaynor Lane joined the Conveyancing Department of the firm in March 2015 as a Consultant.
Gaynor has worked in the legal profession for 40 years, during which time she has accumulated considerable experience in all areas of residential and domestic conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of property for freehold and leasehold transactions.
She is conversant with the legislation regulating lease extensions, and has also dealt with Right to Buy and Shared Ownership purchases.
Gaynor is based at our Romford office.
In her spare time Gaynor enjoys all sporting events, and is a regular visitor at Chelmsford County Ground, Lords and The Oval as she is an enthusiastic cricket fan as well as being a regular visitor at White Hart Lane to support her beloved Spurs.
At one time, Gaynor was a keen pool player, having played for several years for Essex Ladies at County matches, and even played for the England Ladies team at some international events, until she retired in 2002. She was Captain of three snooker teams in the North London Billiards and Snooker League, and was the only female player to have taken office in that league, in its 60 year history.
