Rachael joined F Barnes as a Private Client Solicitor in September 2016.
Her areas of practice are Will writing, dealing with personal taxation issues, Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration. Rachael also frequently deal with Court of Protection work including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications. In addition Rachael can also help with other elderly client related issues such as Care Home Costs.
Rachael graduated with a LLB Law degree at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford whilst working in Hornchurch, Upminster and Brentwood to gain legal experience to support her studies. She then went onto complete her Legal Practice Course before qualifying as a solicitor after her training contract.
Rachael is currently studying for the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
She has grown up in Havering and has been local to the area all her life. Rachael is keen to promote her local community, participating in various local events. She is a qualified dance teacher and in her spare time can often be found teaching at her family’s stage school which is based in Harold Wood.
She raises funds for Cancer Research and Saint Francis Hospice through their Will schemes.
