Katrina Lewis is one of the Directors and the Head of the Residential Conveyancing department.
Katrina graduated at Leicester University with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and joined F Barnes in 1994. She specialises in residential conveyancing and probate matters, is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the West Essex Law Society.
Katrina prides herself on providing a friendly and professional service with clear fixed fees. She takes a straightforward approach and doesn’t bombard you with legal jargon.

Katrina has specialised in Wills and Probate matters since she qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and she helps ensure that your loved ones inherit what you intend them to. Also, when it comes to dealing with probate Katrina has the experience and expertise to help take care of things – supporting you at a difficult time and keeping you informed at every stage. Katrina can help with anything from applying for a Grant of Probate and dealing with Inheritance Tax through to dealing with all aspects of administering the estate.
Katrina is based at our Collier Row Office.
Katrina has lived in Havering all her life and she enjoys gardening, travelling and charity work, in particular raising funds for St Francis Hospice and Corbets Tey School. Katrina is also a social member of Romford Golf Club.
