When buying at auction, it is vital that as much preparation is carried out before the auction as possible. Once a bid has been successful and the ten percent deposit paid, the penalties for failing to complete can be severe and can mean that the ten percent deposit is forfeited. Legal packs should be vetted on your behalf prior to any bid which we can do in the timeframe required.

We are able to prepare legal packs for sellers and can vet legal packs for buyers. As is necessary with properties at auction we provide a rapid and efficient service to completion within the strict timelines set.
