F Barnes welcomes Nipuni Wijesinghe to the Property Team

We are delighted to welcome Nipuni to the F Barnes property team. Nipuni brings a wealth of experience and delivers the right amount of client care we expect from our team.

Nipuni was admitted as a solicitor in December 2020 and prior to qualifying, she began working as a paralegal and a trainee solicitor at a niche central London based firm where she gained first hand experience in all aspects of property and real estate matters whilst acting for individuals both in and outside the UK

Nipuni is experienced in advising on all types of residential property transactions including sale, purchase, refinance to sale of new build residential units. She has experience in acting for individuals, companies and working with developers. She has a particular interest in advising first-time buyer clients and new build transactions.
