Catherine joined F Barnes in 1991 working in various departments gaining a broad knowledge of law being one of most longstanding members of staff. Catherine has completed both academic stages to become a Chartered Legal Executive and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX).

Catherine advises clients on wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate administration, including advice on Inheritance Tax. Catherine is happy to visit clients at their home, care home or hospital if you are unable to attend the office.

Catherine receives many recommendations from her clients and is noted for her friendly and thorough approach.

Catherine is based at our Collier Row office and is supervised by Sangeet Tatem our Head of Private Client

In her spare time Catherine can be found exploring the countryside with friends and her poodle, “Teddy”.
