Jasmine Sawali

Jasmine joined F Barnes in Autumn 2025 having qualified as a solicitor in 2020.

In 2015 Jasmine began working as a paralegal at a local firm assisting in the residential property department. Jasmine continued to gain experience in property throughout her years as a paralegal and trainee solicitor at local firms before qualifying and specialising in property law.

Jasmine’s experience is broad, having worked with clients from both ends of the spectrum advising on both high net worth purchases through to  shared ownership. She is adaptable to any given situation and prides herself on striving to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

Working locally, she has handled a wide range of transactions which include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, probate sales, new builds, transfers of equity, voluntary lease extensions, new build and right to buy.

Jasmine is committed to providing her clients with a high-quality professional, yet friendly service. She is approachable and proactive.

Jasmine particularly likes to guide first time buyers through the process and is always ready to offer that ‘extra level of support’ when needed.  Jasmine understands how important the move is for you and takes the time to explain things clearly and concisely.

Jasmine is based at our Gidea Park office and is supervised by Tina Marwa, our Head of Department.

Outside of work Jasmine enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle, exploring new cuisine, traveling to places of interest, theatre shows, playing piano, socialising with friends and family.
