Nipuni Wijesinghe

Nipuni was admitted as a solicitor in December 2020 and joined F Barnes in March 2026

Prior to qualifying, Nipuni began working as a paralegal and a trainee solicitor at a niche central London based firm where she gained first hand experience in all aspects of property and real estate matters, including dealing with high-net-worth sales and purchases for individuals based in London but also outside of the UK. Since qualifying as a solicitor, she continued to broaden her experience in the property sector (residential and commercial) whilst working in firms based in central London and Essex.

Nipuni is experienced in advising on all types of residential property transactions including sale, purchase, refinance to sale of new build residential units. She is also capable of acting for individuals, companies and working with developers. She has a particular interest in advising first-time buyer clients and new build transactions.

Nipuni  personally takes great pride and enjoyment in working in the property sector. She can adapt her approach to cater to a variety of clients, whether it would be first time buyers, high net worth individuals, or elderly clients. Nipuni believes that communication, whether it is with clients, fellow property colleagues or agents alike, is a fundamental part of property transactions.

Outside of work Nipuni enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and reading.
