Niroshan David

Niroshan David joined our Litigation and Dispute Resolution department in November 2022, having qualified in 2020.  He is an experienced litigation lawyer with higher rights of audience. Being a Solicitor Advocate, he can represent you in court rather than appointing Counsel at an additional cost and the added benefit is that he knows you and your case inside out.

Being a strong litigator, Niroshan has a practical and commercially focused approach to assisting his  clients in their best interests. He can assist on a wide variety of cases which is fairly rare now. His pragmatic approach means that he is always looking for the best option available to you. In short, he is practical and deals with matters in a commercial manner as it is important with legal disputes to stay focused on the result you are seeking along whilst having consideration to the costs implications any action may bring.

Niroshan is a safe pair of hands and works hard to make this process as stress free as possible for you. He has successfully acted for hundreds of clients who return to seek his advice on a number of legal issues.

Outside of work, Niroshan enjoys playing chess, socialising with friends, travelling, martial arts, cycling, playing rugby and cricket to name but a few.
