Tina joined F Barnes in 2020 and became Head of Property in April 2021 and Director in April 2022. Tina qualified as a solicitor in November 1997 spending her early years in law firms across East London and has specialised in property law since 2009.

Tina is extremely proud of her entire team, who are not only experienced but compassionate, caring people who strive to look after each and every one of their clients.

Tina’s particular interest and skillset is in higher value property matters whilst also looking after the younger clients who are entering the property market for the first time or elderly clients who are looking for their last move. Tina prides herself on being able to ‘hand hold’ anxious clients through the process which is drawn from her vast experience. Clients and estate agents alike describe her as a ‘safe pair of hands’.

Tina has had the privilege of having a spell as President of the West Essex Law Society and is fluent in both Punjabi and Hindi.

Tina is based at our Gidea Park office.

Outside of work Tina enjoys, Bhangra Dancing, Theatre and Car Racing
