We used F Barnes Solicitors, Collier Row for a sale and purchase. From the start Tracey Levins and Shan were excellent. They kept us up to date with any issues and promptly replied to any call or query we had. When our chain became unstable, (due to issues above us) and was at risk at collapsing, they did everything they could to get us to exchange and completion within very tight time constraints as our buyers mortgage was about to expire.
