I recently sold my late mother’s house and our solicitor, Chitra, was a major help in ensuring we had all the information we needed to ensure a smooth sale from our side. It was a shame the buyer’s solicitor was nowhere near as efficient, but Chitra went above and beyond to ensure the sale was not detailed.
