I contacted F Barnes to seek legal advice on behalf of my mother-in-law when my father-in-law died without leaving a will, which potentially could leave her homeless due to them not being married or in a civil partnership. From our initial conversation with F Barnes they gave us great legal advice on the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. My mother mother-in-law subsequently went on to submit a claim under the 1975 Act. Niroshan acted on our behalf throughout the process and was professional, diligent, and a great support during a stressful time.
