I was recommended to use F. Barnes by my neighbour. I had sadly lost my Mum in March and was having some issues with her Estate. I was looking at applying for Probate myself but there is a question on the form regarding “Gift Reservation with Benefit -GROB”. I phoned The Probate Helpline twice and was told both times ” I did not have to declare this as more than 7 years had passed” I was a bit suspicious about this and that is when I contacted Sangeet, she immediately confirmed it did matter and had to be declared. So if it had not been for her I would have not declared this info and may have then had issues with HRMC. Both Sangeet and Sharon Ottley have been brilliant. Process did take ages but that was down to HRMC/Probate. I always got a quick reply back regarding any queries.I would highly recommend you Company and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
