Below are our fixed fees for a straightforward Divorce application. This does not include any financial settlement. At your initial meeting, we can establish if the fixed fee option is available to you as it is dependent on all parties and your bespoke circumstances.

• Disbursements (court fee) – £612

Time estimate – 6-12 months but can take longer depending on the complexity of the financial settlement.
