Vacancy – Solicitor Private Client

We seek someone who is naturally enthusiastic, committed and keen to contribute to the growth of the firm. The successful candidate must be experienced specifically, in the area of private client elderly care law. Someone with a private client specific accreditation or affiliation such as STEP or SFE would be ideal.

We are an extremely busy and well thought of practice. Our private client department remains one of the strongest in our area and continues to grow as we continue to expand.

The Role:

• Drafting of Wills to include complex Wills
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate & Full Estate Administration
• Extraction of Grant of Probate
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning

Requirements:

• 3 years+ experience in Wills & Probate work
• Track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals
• Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities, therefore fairly local to our practice
• Client focused and practical;
• Excellent administration and organisational skills;
• Knowledge of LEAP case management preferred
• Professional but friendly and approachable personality.
