What the clients say:

I recently instructed F Barnes Solicitors to handle my lease extension, and I am extremely pleased with the service provided from start to finish.

The process was explained clearly at the outset, including the likely timescales, costs, and potential challenges. Communication throughout was excellent — I was kept regularly updated and any queries I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. The advice given was practical, transparent, and always in my best interests.

Lease extensions can be complex and sometimes stressful, but Ivan Ho and Stephanie Davison handled very efficiently and professionally, ensuring the matter progressed smoothly. I felt confident throughout that my case was being managed with expertise and attention to detail.

I would highly recommend F Barnes Solicitors to anyone seeking assistance with a lease extension or any legal services. A highly professional and reliable service.
