Martin Lawrence joined F Barnes in July 2015 and has over 35 years’ experience in the legal profession with a considerable amount of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Whilst his experience is varied, Martin has a particular speciality in property ‘Auctions’, and has helped hundreds of clients complete transactions on time and avoid costly mistakes. He can prepare or review the legal pack and works to the auctioneer’s deadline on a fixed fee basis.

Martin is seen by his clients as someone who can clearly explain the conveyancing process and work his way through ‘difficult to navigate’ sales or purchases.

Martin is based at our Gidea Park office and is supervised by Tina Marwa our Head of Property.

Outside of work Martin enjoys watching football, playing pool and attending music gigs.
