Tracey joined F Barnes as part of the merger with Fenton & Hunwicks in 2010 and has been a Conveyancing Manager since the 1980’s when she commenced work with Carter Devile.

She is an Affiliated Member of the Institute of Legal Executives. Tracey can advise on all aspects of residential property law and is often supporting other members with obscure enquiries due to the vast experience she has gained in a wide variety of property transactions.

Tracey prides herself on an open helpful and friendly relationship with her clients and is always happy to speak to them. Tracey has hundreds of satisfied clients who return year after year and are more than happy to recommend her to family and friends.

Tracey is based at our Collier Row Office and is supervised by Tina Marwa our Head of Property
