A new opportunity is open for someone 5 years PQE in Family Law to join our MD & Head of Family, Tiina Juhanson to act for HNW individuals.

The Candidate

We require someone with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Family Law along to join our busy and impressive Family team. You will handle a medium caseload (20 - 25 cases) of family matters for a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals. We are looking for someone who is ready to be or has experience in, being head of department. 

The successful candidate will have experience in handling a varied workload across all areas of private Family Law. We would also prefer a candidate with some general litigation experience.

These areas of work include:

  • Divorce and separation
  • TOLATA
  • HNW finances
  • Children matters
  • Separation/Cohabitation agreements
  • Domestic violence injunctions
  • Pre/Post Nuptial agreements
  • General Civil Litigation

Who are we looking for

  • Good communication skills
  • Track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals;
  • Track record of training paralegals, trainee and junior solicitors
  • Track record of assistance with management of a practice is preferred
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • A clear decision maker
  • Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities;
  • Client focused and practical;
  • Demonstrable ability and keen to build and maintain client and referral relationships;
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills;
  • Professional but friendly and approachable personality.

The Role
