Liam qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and joined F Barnes in 2020 after spending many years working for different firms in the Greater London area. He has over 20 years experience as a Private Client lawyer as Head of Department.
Liam studied law at Liverpool John Moores University graduating in 1987. He is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Probate Section (STEP affiliated), he is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and The Association of Lifetime Lawyers.In addition to working as a solicitor, Liam also sits as a judge with the Court of Protection.
Liam acts for a wide range of clients and prides himself on the friendly compassionate service he provides.
Liam specialises in advising clients on wills, estate and tax planning, probate and estate administration, including advice on Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Deeds of Variation, Court of Protection work, Trust formation and administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
When out of work Liam enjoys eating out, especially Japanese food, travel and walking with his dog.
