Tina Marwa

I qualified as a solicitor in November 1997 spending my early years in law firms across East London.

I have been specialising in property law since 2009. I was delighted to join F Barnes in February 2020 following eleven years at Gepp & Sons in Chelmsford. I became Head of the Conveyancing Department in April 2021 and a Director in April 2022. I am proud to have such a wonderful team working alongside me.

Whilst I work tirelessly for my clients regardless of the size of the transaction I have a particular interest in higher value property matters. Becoming a client of mine often comes about having been recommended by one or more of my many satisfied existing clients. I like to think I have become the natural choice by many property agents and brokers when recommending their client to F Barnes Solicitors.

Outside of work I have had the privilege of  having a spell as President of the West Essex Law Society.

I am fluent in both Punjabi and Hindi making me a popular choice with clients across Metropolitan Essex and London.
