What the Clients Say :
We have recently used F Barnes Solicitors to act on our behalf to buy and sell several properties. The service provided was excellent and carried out in a timely manner with regular updates via email/phone. Tracey provided excellent explanations to some very complex legal work which involved unregistered land and access rights. We felt confident that the legals were done correctly and protected us from any unforeseen circumstances in the future. We would not hesitate in recommending F Barnes solicitors to future clients. We used F Barnes Solicitors, Collier Row for a sale and purchase. From the start Tracey Levins and Shan were excellent. They kept us up to date with any issues and promptly replied to any call or query we had. When our chain became unstable, (due to issues above us) and was at risk at collapsing, they did everything they could to get us to exchange and completion within very tight time constraints as our buyers mortgage was about to expire. I have no doubt that hadn’t it been for their hard work we wouldn’t be in our new home now. I’d highly recommend using F Barnes.Anthony Schrier
Extremely helpful and professional. Would recommend F Barnes. Our sale of house was straight forward and far quicker than we thought. Thankyou. Toni Smith
