Andrew Gillett - Litigation Solicitor
We are delighted to announce that Andrew has joined the team at F Barnes. Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and specialises in dispute resolution in our Litigation department. He has over 30 years’ experience supporting both individual and commercial clients in addressing disputes, contractual, commercial and employment matters. He has also undertaken high profile criminal work addressing the most serious of criminal offences and fraud.
His extensive skill set and experience are now directed towards assisting our clients with a wide range of issues including, breach of contract, civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery and enforcement of writs, consumer and sale of goods disputes, director and shareholder disputes, insolvency and directors’ fiduciary duties, contentious probate, Inheritance Act claims, TOLATA and will disputes, company formations, mergers and acquisitions and professional negligence. When not working Andrew enjoys, walking, mountaineering, cycling, diving and cooking. Andrew is qualified as a technical tri-mix scuba diver and has led an unguided expedition to the highest peak in Alaska, Denali (Mount McKinley) at 20,310 feet.
